Steel Craft Marketing ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, company, email address, and message when you contact us. Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form service that passes your message to our email inbox.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and your approximate location. This comes from our hosting provider's standard server logs and from Google Analytics, described below.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, understand how our website is used, and communicate with you about work you've requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors find and use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores. Its cookies are named "_ga" and "_ga_" followed by an ID, and by default they last up to two years.
Through these cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, the website or search that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics does not log or store your IP address. We look at this information in combined reports about overall traffic, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time:
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- Use a browser or browser extension that blocks trackers.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console, a free tool from Google, to see how our website appears in Google Search results, for example which searches lead people to our site and whether Google can read our pages correctly. Search Console works from Google's own search data and shows us only combined totals, such as how many people clicked through from a search. It adds no code or cookies to our website, and it does not tell us who you are.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond, so this site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. You can still opt out of Google Analytics using the options above.
Fonts
This site uses Google Fonts to display text. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and basic browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Sharing
We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example, our email, hosting, contact form, and analytics providers), or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable measures to protect it. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for the retention period set in our account, which is no longer than 14 months. After that, only combined reports remain. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. You can opt out of Google Analytics as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
